No offense but do you realize how ridiculous you sound right now? You're making HIS argument for him. Yes, we should allow some bad apples to get away with things if that means we don't infringe on the basic democratic rights of everyone else. That's like saying we should outlaw sex because sometimes people get raped. Or not sell cars because drivers can speed and cause accidents.
