Can be pretty scary stuff, but without knowing what %H2S that line is, its hard to say (but the ERP says life threatening!!) It is heavier than air, so dont go in to the basement. If they smell sour eggs get to fresh air (sour eggs is low % H2S).
Mandatory evac for a couple neighborhoods as well...
