It all flows down hill, a lot of Saskatchewan flooding starts in the Rockies..
Especially once these rivers meet up, right now the Bow isn't too bad, just the camp sites around it, but if that starts picking up then it will flow right into and through Calgary.
They built that city on a horrible, horrible flood plain and have learned from past mistakes.
