My friend barely made it out of her house on the 'higher side' of High River with her two kids about an hour ago... one kid is < 3 months old. She had about 20 minutes to pack them up and leave before waters were up to her shins in her driveway and coming up through her basement drain & drains in the bathroom. So scary and sad.
