Stastny is very tradeable. He's been playing with scrubs for the past few seasons on the 2nd/3rd line, the last time he had a legitimate top 6 forward(Chris Stewart) to play with for a full season he had 75+ points. And considering he's entering the final year of his contract, I don't really see a team being too concerned about how much he makes.
