There are ten teams with over 18 million in cap space. 4 of which were playoff teams this year and will be looking to get stronger. (Ottawa, Toronto, St.Louis, Islanders.) 2 other teams were bubble teams and on the cusp on making it in to the playoffs (Jets and Jackets). There is a market for a goal scorer like Cammy and he would get good value when traded. I don't think it will be for picks per say, mainly roster players and on verge of being NHL ready prospects. Ottawa does fit the bill perfectly IMO for both teams to make a good deal.
Winnipeg could definitely use some help in the goal scoring department and have a couple RFA's that no one is really sure will be in Winnipeg to start next season so there could be a good deal there as well.
If Columbus were to offer up one of their firsts if the Flames really wanted to get another I think there could be something there too.
Cammy only has to play one season wherever he goes so I'm not sure he would veto a trade.
