Yeah, I think that's a little premature. That would probably put him in the top 5 of rookie scoring and likely in the Calder conversation.
While the blanket NCAA to NHL equivalency might suggest numbers like that, many elite players who put up excellent numbers as 18 or 19 year olds and are included in that stat which skews things. Among players who go from NCAA to the NHL at Knight's age, the equivalency is more like 0.22-0.25 which would put him in the 20-25 point range which I think is much more realistic.
