Maybe some of your are selling Monahan a little short? It was basically him and nobody else for Ottawa in the OHL. Nobody knows how could he could be when finally surrounded by a real supporting cast. Just because he doesn't carry the cachet of "top 5" pick doesn't mean he can't eventually develop into a high end talent.
