Glendale, RSE bridge gap on Coyotes deal; vote pending

Checking Craig Morgan's twitter feed, there are few more details, which I have reassembled into a Q and A session:

Q: so what's your gut feeling? Coyotes in Az next year?
A: Don't know. It's up to the council.

Q: Who negotiated the deal, how many council members?
A: Council wasn't involved in the meetings. Acting city manager Dick Bowers took the lead.

Q: Is this essentially the jamison deal?
A: It's similar. ...
Structure of current deal hasn't been released. Forbes report was close, but reflected how deal looked a few months ago, not now.

Q: So we still have no clue what the council thinks?
A: Impossible to gauge the council's thoughts until they see the proposal next Tuesday in executive session. ..

The next step, and likely the last major hurdle in the process, is the council vote, which will require four "yes" votes out of seven. Sherwood has been preparing a report that examines the financial implications for the city with and without the Coyotes that he will present to council members on Tuesday. Based on his task force’s findings, the Coyotes remaining in Arizona would mean about $1.5 million more annually for the city.
