I definitely wasn't referring to that aspect and location of the highway and to implement such a thing such as by the bow.
The point is more about looking what other cities are doing - what is working, what isn't. As well, being proactive rather than reactive to the issues we face. Like Kavy said, might not necessarily have been the best example to argue my point.
