Right. So just for fun I would say the following:
- Moving up from 6 is not worthwhile unless we can get into the top 3.
- Moving from 22 to 15 would not be a good move because you would be losing assets to acquire a player with the same level of talent as the player you would have gotten anyway.
- Moving from 28 to 20 (or anything better than 25) would be a good move (jumping up a tier) and that would be worthwhile as long as it isn't too expensive since you are only moving from Tier 4 to Tier 3.
