One time I may have agreed with you, but now....Fleury is terrible. Hot garbage.
Luongo's gaffs in the playoffs play like a highlight reel compared to Fleury's.
Contractually Pittsburgh are better with Fleury because it expires sooner and Luongo, while better now, certainly isnt going to be around to see his contract out, or if he is he wont be a starter.
But yeah...right now Luongo >> Fleury.
