I said it a while back, but I think it is somewhat telling when, for a long time, it looked like the risk of the team moving was moderate, that Bettman and co kept saying that nothing was wrong.

Now that their stance seems to have shifted from "nothing is wrong" to "I hope the team can stay in Phoenix", it really seems that a relocation is imminent.
