Yes, but the examples they give are not the same. The only expeption would be DVD's (even there I think you could make a convincing argurment) perhaps as there are a number of vehicles that obviously have DVD players but the other examples like sporting equipment is bang on.

Trust me...I do this for a living. It's not often that you will claim any normal vehicle contents as they are likely to fall below your deductible but there are concesssions for some contents. If I can find it in my manual, I'll post it here.

But it really is splitting hairs as for the most part you are correct but there are some things you can claim.
