Boston could have easily taken the game if not for a some little errors, bad bounces, and a lack of finish. Things that they can definitely correct upon as a team in the next game. They lost focus in the middle of the 3rd and let Chicago take over, and I think they tied it before Boston even realized it was happening. The Bs showed their true colors more in the OT though, despite some tired legs. Rask looked a mile better than Crawford. Corey got some dumb lucky bounces in his favor when he was all but beaten a few occasions.
Chicago taking game one says very little about the outcome of this series. They need to hold serve. If Boston can manage the split going into game 3, then Chicago's ####ed up big time. I can see Boston bringing a much more complete game on Sat. All in all I'm still quite confident they're taking it. They need to adjust to their new foes, after all, as does Chicago.
