I had all four of mine out years ago and was sedated. The anesthesiologist (spelling) guy was awesome. He came into the room, poked me, and said '10, 9, 8..' and I was out.
The next day there was a house party and I decided to be all macho and go to it. But I shouldn't have driven myself due to the painkillers.. I'm surprised my parents even let me go. Needless to say I fenderbendered an old propane powered truck that had no fender! Could have been pretty dangerous. The whole ordeal cost me $300 cash.
