I'm gonna say depends on your angle. From the South/East it should be quite visible. From the most of the northern viewpoints it would be blocked by the Bow or Suncor (Petro-Canada). West would depend on height (which I don't know) and precise angle. The angles from East and a bit South are already pretty awesome, and the Arts Central tower should fit in nicely if you're not too far South. From right to left you'll get the Bow, Suncor, Arts Central, 225 6th (Herald Square), Calgary Tower, Bankers Hall (both), Eight Avenue Place (both), all pretty much distinct and unobstructed. Husky tends to hide behind the Vic Park condos though.
