Schultz wasn't prone to give aways at all. He was all things advertised with the puck on his stick. He just was bad without the puck with poor awareness.
He was pretty prone to some outright wicked gaffes with the puck on his stick as well as without.

I'll agree with Yak, he is defensive zone special needs, but he also did a lot of floating by the red line and was intentionally slow back.
