Have city planners considered the extra traffic volume on the 22x MacLeod overpass once stoney is complete. The backups at the westbound lights is getting bad.

It's recommended for interchange construction in the 10 year Transportation Capital Plan (2015-2017 timeframe). $55 million. Certainly needed.
