Off season training and fitness is not and has never been an issue for Iggy who usually shows up in camp and places at or near the top of the fitness rankings.
The issue is Iginla completely changing his game and his body type. something that he won't be able to change, its near impossible for him to go back to that powerforward type of player.
His issue is that the guy is freakin 36, unlike the players in the EA sports games, in real life you do slow down and get weaker no matter what you do in the offseason.
