A player can accrue further injury during the course of the playoffs, and there is no way a player of his caliber is going to elect to sit out.

How can you, though? Whether he is hurt or not, you play the best player in the game in every appropriate situation. If we are going to blame Bylsma for anything this series, it's for not adapting to the general direction of the games.
