3) Tampa Bay- Nichushkin (One of the teams to have serious interest as with Nashville)
4) Nashville- Barkov (If Nichushkin is gone- they need scoring and got Weber)
5) Carolina- Jones (They get their franchise D-man)
Edit- My reasoning is this. Colorado should take Jones. They need a Franchise D-man but MacKinnon may be too good to pass up on and the other 4 teams under Colorado are semi-set on D and have more or a need for scoring. Florida has Gudbransson, Tampa has Hedman, Nash has Weber, and Carolina is weak in the #1 D spot. Just a thought.

I would counter with this. Having one notable or potential top pairing defenseman doesn't mean you're set on defense. Very few teams in the league are set on defense to the point where you'd consider passing on Jones near the top of the draft.
If COL takes a forward I'd be surprised if Florida didn't take Jones. If Florida didn't take Jones I'd be shocked if Tampa didn't. Don't see any way he slips out of the top 3. Even if those teams didn't want him they'd probably get some insane trade up offers.
So yeah. The chance of Jones slipping out of the top 3 is pretty much zero IMO. Most likely he goes 1st or 2nd.
