This might interest some of the Battlestar Galactica fans out there.
I played in one of the original games and it was really cool, even for someone like me who isn't that much into BSG or larping. Considering the price range (the whole trip to Gothenburg ended up costing me around 1000 euros in total), it's probably not surprising that the average age for the game was pretty old for your average larp, I'm guessing somewhere around 30. Some of them well into their fourties and fifties, and they came from all around the world which was cool. Made for a nice variety. Lot's of first time roleplayers too, like a few Disney people I was playing with.
I was propably among the least satisfied players in the game and I still liked it very much. Some still can't shut up about the game.
Anyway, I have no idea if this will happen or if it would actually work as well outside of the Nordic larp scene, but I would recommend trying it if you get a chance. (Oh and feel free to ask stuff.)
