He did very well in the Isles series. Then the Pens ran into hot goalies in Anderson/Lehner/Rask...
As a team the Pens haven't really scored goals. Hell I think they are 0 for 12 on the PP this series.
Is this really an Iginla problem or a Crosby/Malkin problem? IMO those guys are the leaders of this team. Iginla is just a spare part nowadays but if nobody else is really doing anything (especially the leaders) I don't think he should be the focus anymore. He's not really that guy anymore...
And I don't think the Pens are as disappointed with him as people are pointing out here. Moreso Crosby and Malkin. They should know what they were getting with Iginla...
I do think Iginla picked the absolute wrong team to go to but rear view is so easy. I think he would have looked and played a lot stronger with the much bigger physical Bruins especially this late in the playoffs. Sad when people are already comparing him to Sundin's attempt to bring a cup, that's not the way he should go out if it happens this way.

The Pens haven't scored many goals. Ran into a hot Anderson/Lehner/Nabokov? They lit up those three goalies. Not sure what you're watching.
Even after scoring only two goals in three games against the Bruins, they're still leading the NHL with 49 goals this playoffs. That's 3.5 goals per game.
They can't be higher than #1.
