I agree with you that he is not the cause of the problems, he wasn't on the team when they did the same thing against Philly last year.
I just don't think he is good in a bottom 6 role, he needs to be used as a scoring winger ala Brett Hull late in his career at this point.
The Pens issue are their centers aren't living up to the hype. Last year Giroux outplayed them, and this year Krejci and Bergeron.
Plus they need to stop trying to out tough the Bruins and just go and play their game.
