If you replace Gibbons, you need to do it now. Don't wait for next season, like GS says it takes time for a manager/coaches to learn his/their players. Sure in the off season players change, but the core group is there so the transition is easier.
There are bright spots to the season, Lind at the dish, Rasmus at the dish and in the field, Cecil as a relief pitcher. The Jays need to find a way to use those positives and translate them for the rest of the team. While they were too hyped, they are a good team. They just need find it. Whatever it is.
