The rumor revolves around an small inconsistency in how Jayne is described by Cat and later by Jamie. Cat describes her hips as good for child bearing, while Jamie describes her as too thin for it not to be a problem pregnancy. Also Jayne has a sister who is mentioned, but Jamie does not include her when he describes the Westerling family in his scene.
People then speculated that the Westerlings or possibly Blackfish had pulled a switch (likely without Lady Westerling's knowledge/consent) and kept Jayne at Riverrun (pregnant with the Rob's heir) and substituted the sister to fool the Lannisters.
