One guy that can never really be accused of resting on his laurels is Doug Wilson IMO. He's taken plenty of risks, and continued to attempt to tweak that roster into a Cup winner.
Even this year they completely shook up the bottom half the their line-up by moving out guys like Clowe, Murray and Handzus and bringing in Hannan and Torres. Nothing ground-breaking, but not a lot of GMs are making those types of moves at the deadline when they're pretty comfortably in a playoff position.
