My nephew was on it as a teenager as well, with of course, regular monitoring, blood work etc. He had severe acne would have pimples that looked more like boils they were so bad. It was a last resort for him. It cleared his skin up beautifully and he has been fine ever since. It's been at least 15 years and so far he has not had any long term health problems related to using it.
