Conroy related back to the Heritage Classic and how the 89 Flames welcomed him into the room and how that was one of the reasons they were successful, that they truly had a great room and treated everyone like family. He went on to describe how Al MacInnis brought that attitude to the Blues dressing room and it's a big part of why that franchise was successful during that time. He said we need to re-establish that in order to bring back the winning culture. Can't say I disagree.
