And like you said...how can it be policy when he doesnt really have any? I can only go off what he says and what he means when he says things.

he is a seperatist in liberal clothing IMO and its reflected in his repeated demagoguery.

Sorry, I dont think that those kind of people are suited for being the PM of canada.
