Mostly bugging, but what happens if city council says no to the potential owners' lowest offer for "management fees"?
If the NHL's plan is to move the team before next season if no buyer steps up, they might not have until June 25 before the team is moved.
However, I'm sure that the NHL has been taking to council and the potential owners about any such cut off date if any exists.
