Those kind of packages vary wildly in terms of what you are getting.
Even bottle service means totally different things at different clubs. At some places, it's just a table with an overpriced bottle of liquer. Other places provide you with a server and your own small section.
I wouldn't buy a package without doing a lot of research or getting a solid recommendation.
Las Vegas is still hurting. If you're looking for something "exclusive" you can pay throught the teeth for that. You and the lady should be able to get free deals, like free well drinks at most places these days.
