We should sign some former guys looking to re-claim their glory.

Pierre Dagenais, Oleg Tverdovsky, Rob Schremp, Niklas Sundstrom, Brendan Morrison (familiar with the organization) and Niklas Havelid.

Should be good for some leadership, too.
