This is a terrible idea.

Interesting. So they will revoke your ability to play the traded-in (or stolen) game remotely.

Xbox live and PSN have had license expirations for games that forced them to remove it off their system - you could still play it if you had purchased and downloaded it. I guess in that situation they'd remotely go into the systems and disable them all.

EDIT: Reminds me of the whole thing with Amazon remotely deleting 1984 from people's Kindles. Fun time ahead.
