I don't really understand why anyone would answer a call from a number displayed as "Unknown". It's obviously going to be spam.

At this point, I don't answer any call that isn't already someone in my address book. If actually is someone I know they'll leave a message.

Or contact me in one of the half dozen better ways to get ahold of me (email, text, FB etc).

I can't imagine how political parties think robo-calls are a good idea in today's society.
