They never said they didnt know the calls were happening, just that the content didnt follow CRTC guidelines.
Robocalls are still entirely legal and a part of all parties campaigning.
I mean the PC's have a pretty good idea about how well they can work when the Justice Minister for Alberta owned and operated a company that provides that very service..
