Well, maybe it's just me but IMO Cammalleri is worth more than Burmistrov, and I wouldn't deal him for Burmistrov straight up, never mind adding in a 25th-30th pick for the 43rd overall pick.
Burmistrov may only be 21, but he hasn't taken any leaps forward in his three NHL seasons, and in fact he regressed this season. To me he's worth maybe roughly what Turris was worth when he was dealt for a 2nd round pick and an OK (but questionable) prospect in Runblad.
Is Cammalleri at least worth that much in a trade? I would like to think so.
