Just look at last years attendance statistics for the Stampeders. Attendance is pretty consistent around the high 20k or low 30k regardless of time of year. Weather doesn't seem to impact the attendance figures, which doesn't really bode well for the if it was indoors they would come theory. The main factor in attendance appears to be opponent with no surprise, the Riders attracting the most crowd.
