The consensus is both EDM and PHI will take a D due to their current roster needs. I think his is severely flawed logic, as a D usually takes at least 4 years to be an impact player...and every NHL roster would have experienced mass turnover by that time.
I think EDM trades their pick for a D, and PHI either does he same or picks BPA, which may be a D at their pick.
