Of course, that's no guarantee the video itself is genuine, but we have no way of knowing that until the press has the opportunity to do a real analysis of it.

We're talking about a paper that once had its entire sports department accuse the Toronto Blue Jays of being a racist organization because there weren't very many black people in the system at that one moment in time. Ironically, the Star itself had an even worse record of diversity at that point. Not to mention Damien Cox's Glen Beck-esque "I'm not saying Jose Bautista uses steroids, I'm just asking a question" bit.
The Star is legitimate in the same way Sun Media is. Feel free to draw whatever conclusion you like from that.
