As so many of you like to say, innocent til proven guilty.
Until we see the video itself, and we see Ford smoking crack the video is just the boogeyman in the room.
The Star is putting itself in a very actionable position by jumping on this, at some point now they're going to be forced to buy that video so that they can post it to prove the allegations or be destroyed.
Most of the other media allegations are being very conservative on this story, but the Star which is well known for hating everything Rob Ford is stupidly charging forward like a Rhino in the room.
All we've seen is Ford hanging out with questionable people including one dead drug dealer, but you can't claim guilt by association until you see him inhaling from the pipe.
I'm not a huge fan of Ford, I see him as an enormous buffoon, but he's survived scandals in the past, the most recent one being gropegate where the woman in question comes across as more of a political opportunistic then anything else and didn't back her claims.
The Star may have blundered in a very bad way in this case.
Rob Ford owning the Star would be hilarious if you think about it.
