It's not the dirtiest hit ever but it's typical Torres predator style in that he comes from an angle where he's not easily detected, coils his legs and uncoils into the shoulder/head area of Stoll. Stoll doesn't even have the puck as he's just reaching out in a vulnerable position. My question is that the puck was loose in the offensive zone and rather than target a defenceless player why not go for the puck and try and turn it into a scoring opportunity for the team? It's obvious that his only intention on that play was to level Stoll regardless of where the puck was. IMO that's not hockey and I'm glad he's getting punished again.
