that is bad logic... there are plenty of things that a little is very helpful and a lot is harmful.
things that some of it is great, too much is bad for people:
water
vitamins (even Vitamin C will give you the ####s if you take too much)
potassium
pretty much every other mineral especially the trace minerals you need.
