It makes perfect sense. Springs1 could never find an Outback or Olive Garden up to her exacting specifications, so she did the next best thing...opened her own restaurant, and demanded that her customers all live up to her own high standards.

Of course, the hole in my theory is that I didn't see 5 sides of RANCH DRESSING!!!!! leaving the kitchen with every order.
