AND since one of LA/SJ will make the final 4 and jump over them, it means it is actually 21st at worst. I suppose they could move up some more if DET, OTT, or NYR make the final 4 as well.
PIT pick will be anywhere from 25-30

The bold part is wrong. The fact that one of San Jose and Los Angeles will pass the Blues in the draft order has already been accounted for, and including that fact the Blues pick currently sits at 22nd overall.
In no particular order, the following teams first round pick will be after the Blues pick no matter what:
(Remember, the bracket number is just for reference, and is in no particular order)
1. Chicago (30)
2. Pittsburgh (29)
3. Montreal (28)
4. Washington (27)
5. Vancouver (26)
6. Anaheim (25)
7. Boston (24)
8. One of San Jose or Los Angeles (23) (Winner of their 2nd round series)
9.
BLUES PICK (22)
The only other teams that can move past the Blues pick pushing it further up in the draft order are:
Ottawa
NY Rangers
Detroit
If those three teams win their 2nd round series, the Blues pick will slide up to 19th overall.
