When I first started riding 20 years ago, up until about 5 or 6 years ago, Jevco was the only company that would take beginners, or people with terrible driving records. They were a facility market provider. They were the carrier of last resort, and you paid through the nose. That must have changed that at some point in time in the past 5 years or so. When I first started, they were the only place that would insure me. No regular market carrier would take me.
