Picks 27-30 - conference finalists.
Anaheim, Montreal, Vancouver are division leaders already eliminated, so they will all pick behind the St Louis pick, but before 27th.
So far, that means that the St Louis pick can be no later than 23rd.
However, Wins tonight be Toronto and NYR would mean that both Washington and Boston would be outside of the conference finals, and both of those teams would pick after the St Louis pick as well - so that would mean that the St Louis pick could be no worse than the 21st.
If Boston and Washington both win tonight, then they would play each other in the second round, meaning that one of them would have to lose, and that loser would pick after the St Louis pick, meaning that our pick couldn't be any worse than 22nd. One of those teams would make the conference finals, so our pick could be no better than 20th.
If only one of Boston/Washington win tonight, than the loser would draft after the St Louis pick, meaning that our pick couldn't be worse than 22nd. However, in this case, 19th pick would still be a possibility.
