I did the Diamond Dozen workout, which is more of a tutorial on how to do the moves than an actual workout. I was able to get my heart rate up with it and I understood that Energy was going to make me feel the BANG! Wow! It wore me out! I am struggling with remembering to keep all of my muscles engaged, I'll focus on the muscles I'm using for the movement instead of everything, but it is coming. I'm also strugging with breathing properly. I tend to hold my breath too much. Overall, after only 3 days, I'm sold. I hope I'm still sold in 3 or 4 weeks and able to keep it up.
