Are the Nucks and their fans still whining about the reffing? I see that there was a 7 minute video or something dedicated to whining about it but I notice that in that video by some miracle the Bieksa pitchfork to the groin of Havlat that knocked him out for the series... that could easily have been a 5 minute major and wasn't even called seems to have been missed. yes, biased reffing indeed. I'm pretty sure there was another pitchfork by Burrows to another Shark that amazingly also went undetected and also failed to make the final cut for that video - yet the refs are out to get the Nucks and 'steal' the series away from them. And let's not forget Kesler's blatant dive that did result in a PP - oh but they never dive anymore, we promise.
Joke of an organization that has earned their reputation for being punks and pukes. Call on Bieksa to tie the game was legit. Call on Sedin was borderline, but still a penalty and considering they had already let 2 or 3 blatant trips/hooks go on the Nucks in OT, it is not surprising that they had just had enough.
Nucks just can't see to admit that the reason they got more penalties in the series, was because they deserved more penalties in the series. Even their media is buying into the "poor us the refs are big meanies" narrative.
Next year the Nucks will struggle to make the playoffs.
